Once you book your website consultation you will be contacted. Please leave the best contact information to reach you when placing your order. Once we have spoken about your website and discussed the platform (Wix, Acuity, GlossGenius , or Shopify) for your website and basic details should you wish to proceed, an initial deposit of at half of your final cost will be due to book. This is a separate cost from your consultation fee, the consultation fee will be deducted from the initial deposit amount. You will receive a invoice for your records in regard to all costs, fees, etc. The invoice will have all accepted payments options on it for you to choose the method best for you. Consultation fees are not refunded should you choose not to proceed with your website. However, should you book your website within 7 days, your consultation fee can apply to the website services. After 7 days, your fee expires and the process will begin at the consultation stage to get more insight etc.

Once your website is booked with your initial deposit payment your project will be ready to book and your project will start.
